Non-legally binding TL;DR:

  • WeMake.Games' sites are crowdsourced and have user-generated content, so don't rely on the data.
  • We're not liable if you get hurt because of our site, app, data or meetups.
  • We’re not liable if someone takes inspiration from your game(s) and decides to replicate it in any way. If you are worried about this, don’t post your game on the website.
  • You allow us to publish the stuff you contribute to this site indefinitely.
  • When providing feedback (through the feedback form or any other way), you agree to let us use it to improve the site/app.
  • We collect analytics data including your IP, location and actions on this site to make it better (including through Google and other analytics services).
  • If you use one of our APIs or data, you're required to link back to us at every page or in every app screen you use the data on.
  • You can only re-publish our data if it's for non-commercial objectives (e.g. not a company/startup).
  • If you excessively promote your website/app/business/yourself on or spam any of our websites and/or communities, we have the right to ban you for life and not refund your membership payment (if any) as a fine for having to spend time to moderate you (otherwise you'll just sign up again too).
  • You might see advertisements on the website served via ad networks or direct brand deals. While we try to make sure the ads served are relevant to the users, we cannot guarantee the same.

By using WeMake.Games, you agree to not excessively promote your website, application, app, software, product, business or yourself by posting links to them on any of our platform sites or apps. WeMake.Games reserve the right to terminate your account and keep your membership fee as a fine.

WeMake.Games do not guarantee constant availability of Website access and accept no liability for downtime or access failure due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including any failure by ISP or system provider).

The Site may contain links to other sites on the internet (“Linked Sites”). WeMake.Games is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, decency of material or copyright compliance of any Linked Site or services or information provided via any Linked Site.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.

You may see advertisements displayed on the website served via direct brand deals or ad networks. While we will strive to make sure the ads are relevant to the users but cannot guarantee the same. Ads served via ad networks might be personalised based on your browser/other internet history but WeMake.Games will have no access to your personalised data points with regards to advertisements.

WeMake.Games reserve the right to modify/introduce membership plans with additional benefits to the users without any prior announcements.

If you wish to delete your account or game any time, you can do so by going into your profile or the game's profile, clicking on "Edit Profile" and selecting "Delete" from the menu. If you face any issues, you can also send an email to wemake.games@lucidlabs.in with the subject line “Account Removal”. Your request will be processed in ten (10) working days.

These terms and conditions will be constructed according to and are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India, regardless of where WeMake.Games operates or you use WeMake.Games from.

We are constantly working on improving the website and/or adding new features, which will also affect the Terms of Use. Therefore, we may update our Terms of Use from time to time but we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, whenever there's an update to this page. As long as you decide to stay a member of the website, you automatically accept the Terms of Use before and after an update to this page. If at any time you disagree with the terms, you are requested to delete your account immediately and stop using the service. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms of Use are effective when they are posted on this page.
